Options for Women is an amazing asset to the community. I join Mocha Moms at Options every Thursday and it has created a bond with other moms I wouldn't have otherwise have made. I highly recommend Options for its services as well as the groups it offers.

Have Questions?
We’re Here to Help

Whether you're exploring our services, wondering how to get involved, or looking for support—you’re in the right place. Here are some common questions we hear.

Find more answers to your questions on our dedicated FAQ page here.

Do I need an appointment?

We welcome walk-ins during our open hours (Monday–Thursday, 11 AM–4 PM), but appointments are recommended to ensure one-on-one time with a nurse or advocate. We will always make time for you in the evenings, just book an appointment.

Do you offer abortions or birth control?

We do not provide or refer for abortions or birth control. However, we do offer science-based education, support, and medical services like pregnancy confirmation and STI treatment.

Are your services really free?

Yes! All of our services—including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, parenting classes, fatherhood support, and boutique items—are completely free.

What can I get from the boutique?

The Boutique offers clothing (newborn–5T), diapers, wipes, baby gear, vitamins, maternity items, and so much more—free for all.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Your privacy matters. All appointments, services, and conversations are completely confidential and handled with care.

Can I volunteer or donate items?

Absolutely! We always welcome volunteers and gladly accept gently used baby and toddler clothing, diapers, gear, and monetary donations. Your support keeps our programs running.
